Obsucred by Clouds is the weak link in this six, but we just could not leave Pink Floyd off this list. Just wish they had released more music than they did. With John and Keith, they released an amazing catalog of great rock albums. It’s nice that Pete and Roger are still rocking on stage. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band – 1967Īnother band that will definitely be on these lists to the end. Amazingly, they released these six albums in a span of just three years. If we get this series up to 12 in a row, you know The Beatles will be there. We saw Led Zeppelin at Madison Square Garden in 1977 in what was one of the greatest rock concerts we have ever seen. We continue our Classic Rock Bands That Released Six Great Albums In A Row with our favorite band of all time. Their first six were just amazing rock and roll albums that defined them as Hall Of Fame rockers forever. Since Queen was the first rock band we ever saw in concert way back in 1976, we decided to start out this list with one of our all-time favorites. Let us know who we didn’t list that you think deserves the mention of being an artist or a band that put out six great ones in a row. Yet, the word great is a little more lenient in definition and just seems to fit the tone of this list better. It’s tough to call an album perfect because quite simply everyone defines the word “perfect,” differently. We decided to change the adjective “perfect,” to “great,” this time so that we could include more artists and bands in this list to celebrate.
